The Sun Shines

As I hear of fall sightings in other US locales this week,
it has me raising an eyebrow.
Locally the sun shines
with hard shadow casting brightness.
I know this isn't Kansas Toto,
because I'm going back to work tomorrow
in the Northwest!

Ah well,
much as I love fall,
keeping the bumblebees around
and happy
is almost as good.
After all,
what's cuter than a well striped
 Bumblebee behind?
Enjoy your days!

Thanks Linda,
I made it over to your blog and got swept up in your wonderful posts. Ran out of time before being able to leave a comment. Will return soon for more reading and leave a little evidence this time. :)
Hugs,
Chris

Beautiful photos. I hope re-entry to work is kind to you. Are these flowers Sea Holly? I just discovered these flowers a few years ago and love them.

BG,
I think they are Sea Holly. They were growing down near the marina in PO. Sun lovers. Not a color that comes around often in the garden. I love them too. Used to see them in CA a good deal.

Took me an hour or two before all cylinders were working after getting back to work. Plenty to do!
Thanks for stopping by and glad you liked the pics.
Hugs,
Chris
